Policy on Loc

Booking Policy:

  • ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE TO BE BOOKED THROUGH THE WEBSITE! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

  • There is a non-refundable $25 deposit due AT THE TIME OF BOOKING! No deposit, no appointment.

  • Book EVERY service wanted AT THE TIME OF BOOKING! There will be ABSOLUTELY no add-ons at the time of appointment UNLESS suggested by the stylist to render the best quality of service.

  • Deposit will be deducted from the total end price.

  • Cancellation or transfer of appointment up to 48 hours before appointment date AND time. Otherwise, the deposit is non-transferable.

  • Appointments canceled <24 hours of appointment date AND time are subjected to a 50% charge of the remaining balance. If the fee is not paid, no future appointments will be rendered.

  • NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS are charged 100% of the remaining balance due and immediately blocked from scheduling future appointments. Please reach out to me via phone, or text if you are unable to make it or need to reschedule.

  • NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS (NO EXCEPTIONS): If you do a no-show, cancel, reschedule, or are more than 30 minutes late to your hair appointment.

  • LATE POLICY: Grace period of 15 minutes from appointment time then a $25 charge after for an additional 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, the appointment is canceled. Contact stylist if possible tardiness.

In addition:

  • If the hair hasn’t been maintenanced within 8 weeks, there is an additional fee of $50.

  • If the hair hasn’t been maintenanced for more than 4 months, Detox is required (if self-maintenance is not satisfactory).

Kids & Extras (Starting immediately)

  • We’re no longer accepting any clients under the age of 8. All existing clients are exempt from the rule.

  • Parents are not allowed to stay in the suite during the time of appointment. No exemptions!!!

  • The child must be able to sit still and follow directions during the appointment or there will be an inconvenience fee of $35 added to the appointment balance!

  • If the child can’t self-soothe then the stylist/client relationship can be terminated as soon as immediate appointment due to the overwhelming inconveniencing of stylist schedule flow.

  • No kids or extra people are allowed unless being serviced.
